Instructions

The abstracts, presentations and posters should be sent to the organizing committee through the following form.

The official language of the event will be Portuguese although can be accepted presentations and posters in English and in Spanish.

Abstracts of oral comunications and posters will be evaluated by at least two members of the scientific committee of the event. Once assessed, the authors shall be notified of their acceptance. From this moment the author can prepare the oral communication or poster, using the template provided. The oral communications will have 15 minutes as maximum duration.

All presentations and posters accepted and presented during the conference will be compiled in a CD with a ISBN code (International Standard Book Number), to be delivered to all subscribers.
